Move-in Inspections

Our Move-in Inspection creates an ironclad visual report that sets a clear baseline which protects both you and your future tenants while saving you hours of stress.

We perform a comprehensive, room-by-room audit covering walls, floors, appliances, fixtures, and outdoor areas.

Because timing is critical when transitioning between tenants, we prioritise these inspections to ensure your report is finalised and ready before keys or bond handovers take place.

By handling these essential surface touch-ups alongside your property inspection or grounds check, we save you the time and expense of hiring full-scale commercial cleaning crews for minor turnovers.
